Why I'm crushin' on Princess Leia

I love Star Wars movies. Not just because of the spaceships and wit and clever plots. But because of the women. The strong female characters that never really need rescuing. 
They're not the fainting type who get whisked away by Prince Charming. They're fighters. They hold the guns and can fly the planes and have the integrity to remain true to themselves in spite of adversity.
They aren't afraid to shake a fist at bad leadership. They show courage and grit. I have girl-crushes on all these women, because they're strong and beautiful. And they make a difference.
